1. Payment Policy:
– Lessons will only commence upon receipt of full payment.
– No lessons will be initiated without prior payment.
2. Attendance Policy:
– If a student fails to attend the lesson or is unreachable at the designated location, tutors will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes before considering the lesson canceled.
– In such cases, the lesson will be charged in full.
3. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
– Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in the full charge for the scheduled lesson.
4. Rescheduling:
– Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to the availability of the tutor.
5. Lesson Duration:
– Lesson duration is pre-determined and will not be extended for late arrivals.
6. Package Redemption:
– Lesson packages are valid for up to 8 months from the date of purchase.
– Lessons from packages older than 8 months may not be redeemed.
7. Tutor Availability:
– Tutor availability is subject to change, and the agency will make efforts to provide a suitable replacement if a scheduled tutor is unavailable.
8. Code of Conduct:
– Students are expected to treat tutors with respect, and any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.
9. Liability:
– The tutoring agency is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of lessons.
10. Confidentiality:
– Both tutors and students are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared during lessons.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
– The tutoring agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, with any changes communicated to students in a timely manner.
